REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in healthcare, with demonstrated achievement of sales targets.
  • Experience in pharmacy or care organisations is crucial, whether directly in a similar role within a pharmacy or care provider, or with a supplier collaborating with these organisations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and influence decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot is desirable), sales automation tools, and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Gain a thorough understanding of our products and services on an ongoing basis.
  • Actively pursue sales opportunities, manage sales pipelines, and drive the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Track sales activities, monitor sales performance metrics, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations to educate clients on the features, benefits, and value of our solutions.
  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies and plans to penetrate target markets and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and prioritise sales opportunities based on market analysis, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Execute sales strategies and engage with prospective clients through various activities, including networking events and conferences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales tactics and product positioning based on market feedback.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to coordinate sales efforts and resolve issues.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within healthcare facilities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities using CRM software.
  • Gather and relay client feedback to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with existing clients and potential new businesses to enhance the company’s brand image.
  • Work with care organisations to demonstrate the functionality of the eMAR product.
  • Advise clients on the benefits and implementation of the eMAR system.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Manage and optimise the pipeline of prospects.
  • Contribute to product development by providing feedback and raising questions about the technology.
  • Drive our mission by embodying Camascope values.
  • Collaborate with the operations and pharmacy teams to ensure the smooth onboarding of new clients.
