REQUIREMENTS OF THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:
- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably within the health, care, or telecare sectors
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with senior-level decision-makers
- Knowledge of the challenges faced by older adults and their caregivers, along with an understanding of telecare/telehealth solutions
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and drive results in a remote role
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand the company’s presence across the South West. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in securing new partnerships, strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for revenue generation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a consultative approach and a strong background in B2B relationship management.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:
- Develop new business opportunities in line with company strategy and revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, local authorities, housing associations, and other B2B partners
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and pipeline management to closing deals and securing long-term contracts
- Represent the company through meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential clients
