We are looking for a highly motivated, entrepreneurial Business Development Manager who is looking to take their career to the next level. This high performing BDM will lead the business development efforts for IWS in the Central / South Central Region of the United States

Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales and proposal process for all lines of business for water, wastewater and reuse projects
- Manage named, national account relationships and develop new customer relationships
- Develop new rep relationships for the municipal and industrial market
- Gather project requirements through field visits and communicate with engineering to develop a conceptual design
- Build a strong pipeline of opportunities with a heavy focus on new accounts in the region
- Control the sales process and drive leads to closure to generate new revenues
