Responsibilities:
- You are an expert in the chemical industry and have a great knowledge and understanding of the industry needs
- You are familiar with the most relevant gas applications as inerting and purging, oxidation and hydrogenation reactions and water treatment
- You enjoy working together with our BUs and drive the business for more growth opportunities and have a close contact to our global teams
- In addition you will identify growth areas within the region, support with customer consultation, calculations and preparation of campaigns, align targets and joint activities to grow the segment profitable
- You like to manage the segment self-sufficient, like to interact with different cultures and hierarchies within the organization and are interested to grow your network in- and outside of the company
- Moreover you will identify market trends for new developments, represent the region in R&D projects and you will prepare commercialization concepts for new product launches together with Linde Technology and the local organizations
