POSITION OVERVIEW:
We’re embarking on an exhilarating expansion into fresh markets, and we’re on the lookout for a dynamic Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth in the Canberra region and surrounding rural areas. You’ll be empowered to ignite sales growth, forge new customer relationships, and push the boundaries of what’s possible in the civil infrastructure space.
This role offers a permanent, full-time opportunity, with work scheduled from Monday to Friday. As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be out on the road actively engaging with customers and conducting site visits while being centrally based in Queanbeyan (NSW).

Responsibilities:
Achieve sales KPI’s and meet quarterly targets
Generate new business opportunities to increase sales
Create and maintain customer pricing and margins
Identify, develop, and manage new areas of business growth
Work co-operatively and competitively within a busy sales team environment
Provide quotations and complete sales orders
Liaise with finance, production, technical and logistics teams
Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
