We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Business Development Manager with strong sales and marketing expertise to join our dynamic team and drive our expansion within the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities within the hospitality sector, including corporate partnerships.
Marketing & Brand Promotion: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies, including digital and social media campaigns, to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business, full-service outsourcing options, upsells, and referrals.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to analyse business requirements and develop sales and marketing strategies to promote our services effectively.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms that align with both client expectations and company objectives.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct quarterly market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging client needs.
Networking & Industry Engagement: Represent RS Worldwide Ltd at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to showcase our services and establish new partnerships.
Performance Analysis & Reporting: Provide detailed reports on sales performance, client feedback, and business development efforts.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in business development, sales, and marketing within the hospitality industry is a MUST.
In-depth knowledge of hospitality departments, hospitality staffing services, industry trends, and client expectations.
Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong IT skills, proficiency in Excel, and industry-relevant CRM systems.
Experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, and brand promotion.
Strategic thinking with a creative approach to problem-solving.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance metrics to improve outcomes.
Excellent presentation skills to effectively pitch our services to potential clients.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A strong track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Full UK driving licence.
