Description:

Business Development Manager (BDM)
Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to manage the full sales cycle and drive business growth. You will be responsible for your own diary, and your hard work will be rewarded with an uncapped commission structure.
The Company: The go-to provider for trusted multi-sector connected workforce contracting solutions. Therefore Construction and/or Compliance experience would be beneficial.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous B2B sales experience with a strong track record, preferably within the construction sector.
  • Proven skills in Business Development and Account Management.
  • Experience with recording activities on a sales CRM system.
  • Strong networking abilities and a knack for meeting new contacts.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional and confident telephone manner.
  • A strong work ethic and motivation to succeed.

    Pay: £42,500.00-£45,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities and expand our client base.
  • Engage in Business Development and Account Management to nurture existing relationships.
  • Self-generate new sales leads and opportunities through proactive outreach.
  • Develop and grow a robust network to enhance the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Effectively manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.
  • Host client events and engage in socializing with prospects and clients to build rapport.
