Curaleaf Laboratories are looking for a Business Development Manager covering Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield, Nottingham, and surrounding areas, to take over our flourishing accounts and drive further growth across the territory.

REQUIREMENTS:
You will be a driven, enthusiastic go-getter with a history of spotting opportunities and applying effective follow-up to win and retain business.
To be successful in this role, it is essential you have:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including confident, informative unscripted discussions
- An ability to adjust communication style to suit audience both internally and externally
- The ability to provide informative and persuasive detail to external parties while maintaining the Company’s confidentiality around Intellectual Property
- An innovative and problem-solving approach
- An understanding of budgets and targets
- Detailed record keeping abilities using a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)
- Full UK Driving Licence
Although not essential, it would be beneficial for you to have an understanding of the pharmaceutical market, including the regulations around unlicensed medicines, and an interest in the medical cannabis sector
Responsibilities:
Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Holding responsibility for your own sales pipeline, from lead generation through successful win of business to ongoing client care
- Working to set targets & KPIs
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, identifying and understanding unique individual requirements, and analysing account performance
- Attend events & exhibitions to promote Curaleaf and gain sales leads
- Maintain the positive and ethical image of Curaleaf in the market
- Staying up to date with regulatory requirements and Drug Tariff pricing, ensuring that all work is always carried out in compliance with company procedures and relevant regulatory authoritie
