KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong emotional intelligence

  • Ability to self-manage and multitask
  • Skilled at building multi-level relationships
  • High energy and motivation
  • 4+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on cybersecurity business development, sales, or product marketing
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity industry best practices and standards is desired
  • Experience in services and solution selling within the cybersecurity sector
  • Strategic planning and business case development skills specific to cybersecurity
  • Strong business planning experience with a solid operational focus in cybersecurity

Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE:

Join our dynamic team as a Cyber Security Business Development Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in driving vendor and technology growth within the Czech cyber security sector. This exciting role involves collaboration with our marketing and sales teams to seize specialised opportunities and propel our cybersecurity business forward.
Business Development role responsible for translating vendor/technology growth plans internally and to drive them in specific strategic segments. Aligned with marketing and with the wider sales organisation on specialised opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive market growth in the cybersecurity sector by implementing our Business Unit strategy, aligning with clear managerial direction
  • Negotiate key tenders and large deals, leveraging your industry knowledge and best practices in cybersecurity
  • Optimises results by driving sales out of agreed vendor portfolio including new vendor identification, on-boarding and other business development initiatives
  • Demonstrates a solid customer engagement strategy including multiple parties and levels that drives successful business outcomes
  • Demonstrates application of TD SYNNEX resources to clearly assist customer in meeting their strategic objectives
  • Take solution and service offerings to market including TaaS
  • Ownership of quarterly vendor business planning and execution
  • Drives overall vendor management Creates customer unique selling propositions that protects Margin integrity and promotes long term value based customer engagement
  • Enable and help the sales teams to win and grow share of wallet and market share
  • Relationship and engagement with vendors and stakeholders to ensure TD SYNNEX is seen as the “Trusted Advisor”
  • Ensure ongoing use of CRM tools to ensure best in class business continuity
  • Full knowledge of assigned Vendor’s product / service line
  • Develops tailored customer value propositions against clear understanding of customer business requirements
  • Maintains Full knowledge of assigned Vendor’s product / service line
