KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Tertiary qualification in a business or technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, customer service, and business development, ideally within the dairy industry.
- Strong understanding of global trade, combined with experience in sales and customer service.
- Possesses a strong business development mindset, capable of pushing boundaries and excel in stakeholder management across various regions.
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
- Proven commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to solve problems.
- Willing to travel frequently across Europe.
Responsibilities:
Fonterra Europe is based in Amsterdam, a true regional hub that employs a diverse and international team of 60 employees, providing sales, marketing and customer support to some of the world’s largest dairy, nutrition and food companies. Fonterra successfully exports products from New Zealand to the world as well as products from our very own state-of-the-art factory in Heerenveen.

The European sales and marketing purpose is to access maximum demand and create value through deep customer relationships for today and tomorrow.
The successful candidate will be responsible for an agreed set of customers and business development across continental Europe and play a critical role in developing customer plans and delivering on agreed volume, revenue and price achievement targets. In doing this, championing the Ways of Selling approach to sales, account planning and opportunity management to deliver world-class account management and service levels to customers.
