JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in business development, with a strong ability to identify new opportunities and build lasting relationships. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strategic thinking with an understanding of market trends and competitive analysis.
  • License Requirement: A valid driver’s license (motorbike) and own transport (bike) are required for local travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential markets, industries, and clients that align with company goals.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Use various methods (cold calling, networking, email outreach, social media) to generate leads and build a sales pipeline.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Act as the point of contact for client inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed business targets. Collaborate with senior management to define goals and sales plans.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to stay ahead of the market.
  • Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of business development strategies.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools. Provide regular reports on sales performance.
  • Travel: Frequent travel may be required to meet clients and prospects, with the use of a bike for local travel.
