Description:
DP World, the fast-growing logistics leader that currently manages more than 10% of world trade, is seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager to join our team in Chisinau, Moldova.
This role is central to our growth strategy for the Logistics business. You will contribute to business objectives by acquiring and retaining new clients and driving the growth of existing accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively managing and nurturing client relationships by continuously monitoring the execution of operations and contracts. Your key objective will be to ensure the satisfaction of existing clients, identify exciting new opportunities, and contribute to the company’s growth, all while ensuring profitability in line with our values.
- Championing DP World’s services by engaging with clients through in-person/digital meetings and cold-calling.
- Building meaningful relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their needs to provide thoughtful and tailored logistics solutions that truly make a difference.
- Achieving and exceeding sales goals by continuously exploring new opportunities, growing existing client accounts, and driving profitability, all while working in a supportive team environment.
- Contributing to the team’s success through structured reporting, ensuring that progress and insights are clearly communicated, and actively recording key client interactions in the CRM.
- Taking ownership of sales opportunities by managing incoming sales leads, turning them into valuable client partnerships, and maximizing their potential.
- Crafting tailored offers and playing a key role in negotiations, ensuring the best outcomes for both the client and the company.
- Seeking client feedback and collaborating closely with internal teams to continuously improve the services we offer and build lasting client trust.
