Description:
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager - E-learning to join our team in London as part of our Sales function.
Your Role: You will sell our e-learning course for marketing specialists and build out this new revenue stream with our clients. You will report into the Learning Head of Commercial.
You will be credible, well connected, process driven, and quick to identify key partnerships from across the market. You will be adept at building long term partnerships across trade bodies and other key organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with sales management to develop a strategic sales plan, which delivers against agreed goals and objectives
- Leverage existing internal relationships to build and develop incremental commercial contribution
- Achieve a personal revenue target by delivering against activity levels and pipeline build
- Identify and build strategic partnerships with trade organisations and other key bodies to drive maximum long term commercial alliances
- Effective, accurate forecasting of prospects and opportunities through to close
- Acting as one of LIONS’ commercial lead across the e-learning space
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of the marketing landscape and where e-learning product’s core proposition
- Work closely with partners to create a seamless sales experience for the prospect, manage accounts, aim to grow them
- Credible, with the ability to communicate and sell at a senior level
- Accountable and responsible for setting the right behaviours and upholding WARC’s values
Your Experience
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets, ideally in an E-learning setting
- A consultative seller with a solution-led approach
- Persuasiveness, executive presence and outstanding communication and
- presentation skills, verbal and written
- Ability to identify, strategize and build new business opportunities
- Ability to work collaboratively across all time zones
- Strong presentation skills for virtual and in-person meetings
- Excellent time management in meeting deadlines and prioritising follow-up actions.
