To support its growth, Edenred Payment Solutions (EPS) is seeking a Business Development Manager . Reporting to the Head of Sales and working closely with all EPS teams.

What you will be doing:

  • Implementing the commercial strategy and identifying new market opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve quarterly targets to expand the client portfolio.
  • Driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and seek new business prospects actively.
  • Developing strong relationships with prospects, partners and stakeholders.
  • Negotiating commercial and contractual terms.
  • Analysing market trends and adapt the commercial strategy accordingly.
  • Regular reporting on the progress of commercial objectives.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of sales processes and commercial practices within the company.
  • Ongoing maintenance of the CRM for accurate reporting, forecasting and pipeline management.

What we want from you:

  • Experience in card issuance, transaction processing, and Banking as a Service.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
  • Excellent proficiency in Office and Salesforce.
  • Proven skills in managing key accounts and the ability to interact with senior executives.
  • Ability to influence key decision-makers in targeted sectors.
  • Strong interest in technical solutions and APIs.
  • The successful candidate must be able to speak English and French
