Description:
DESCRIPTION
As a business development manager, you will be responsible for the generation of new business, focused in Elevate’s Preconnect’s and Hyper Cities. You will have connected buildings which the landlord has instructed Elevate to provide connectivity too, to support their tenants.
Elevate’s have 6 Hyper Cities across the UK, where we have invested heavily in fibre and wireless infrastructure around the cities. You will be responsible for generating business within these On-Net areas, using the PureFibre and Wireless network, to provide secure managed network solutions to prospective customers.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Consistently achieving NRR & MRR sales targets.
- Work with the account management team to hand over customers in an effective manner once fully onboarded.
- Own your Connected Buildings as part of Elevate®’s Preconnects strategy.
- This will include visiting each of your allocated buildings, building relationships with key stakeholders and increasing revenue generated in each building by selling to tenants.
- Unearth and close opportunities across multiple verticals across our On-Net coverage areas.
- Work closely with the SDR to ensure all building tenants are recorded and contacted.
- Build and retain solid, long-lasting relationships with advocates and referral partners, new and existing.
- Maximise profitability by bundling cross sell products (managed services) such as WiFi, LAN, Security solutions and VoIP onto connectivity deals.
- Accurately forecast your expected NRR & MRR on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Managing your pipeline to ensure it remains accurate and up to date
- Outbound selling on Elevate®’s network, ensuring you are providing your own leads as part of your closed business
- Seek & collate customer whitespace during initial customer sales & onboarding stages. Write up accurately on the CRM.
- Manage a pipeline predominantly made up of a large volume of smaller AOV opportunities
Whilst the role is predominantly Monday to Friday, a flexible approach to working days and hours as required by the needs of the business is essential for the purposes of activities such meeting clients, visiting Preconnects, and On-Net cities, may require you to travel and stay over, or work away from home.

Responsibilities:
- You will have an annual NRR and IMR target, which will be broken down into quarter and monthly targets.
- You will be required to generate opportunities both On-Net and within Preconnected buildings, which will ensure that you achieve these targets.
- You will be expected to provide monthly forecasts of what you will deliver within this month. This will require you to create and manage a pipeline of opportunities which will equate to 2.5:1 vs target per month.
- Regarding your Preconnects you will be expected to have relationships with all relevant parties within these buildings (building manager, Letting Agents, Asset Managers) which will provide you with an understanding of all tenants, and free space within the building. To ensure all new and existing tenants are aware of the Elevate solution.
