JOB POSITION: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Job Description & Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth, including emerging markets, new industry trends, and untapped customer segments.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Developing a deep understanding of client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and industry reports to inform business strategies. Providing actionable insights and recommendations to the management team.
  • Preparing business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches to engage potential clients and secure new contracts.
  • Contributing to forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring realistic targets for business growth and resource allocation.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth, focusing on both expanding current client accounts and acquiring new business.
  • Working collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Identifying, evaluating, and establishing partnerships with industry stakeholders to expand the company’s network and create new business opportunities.
  • Working closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a unified approach to business development efforts.
