Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring and maintaining partnerships with attractions and in-destination experience partners. This includes negotiating and signing cooperation agreements in accordance with company strategy and policy and account management.
  • Driving market share growth and increasing local market awareness of Trip.com by negotiating partnerships with attraction general agencies and implementing corresponding plans with partners and internal departments.
  • Planning and implementing corresponding marketing plans with key partners and internal departments. Whilst keeping suppliers up to date on the campaigns offered by the Trip.com platform to ensure the best offers and exposure.
  • Responsible for the European market and conducting data research and analysis (market, product, competitor, price, supplier, etc.). Provide market insights to optimize product design and sales directions for successful global product localization.
  • Other adhoc assignments and projects as required.
