Description:
Aventi Industries is a well-established manufacturer of FMCG Food and Beverage products. Our plant at Dubai manufactures a range of condiments and sauces, specialty beverages, and powder foods.
We are looking for a candidate who is well versed in handling buyers and exporters of food products in local markets.
This B2B sales role will require an in-depth understanding of the market, analyzing and evaluating customer and market needs. This role will also involve negotiating pricing, and successfully closing deals on all available opportunities in the assigned market.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution
- 06-08 years of relevant work experience
- Distribution/ Sales experience in the UAE market
- Proven and demonstrated Sales Experience in FMCG food products
- Fluent English-speaking kills; any additional language will be considered favorably
- Competing knowledge of: Microsoft Office, CRM/Sales Reporting and other relevant technologies
- UAE Driver’s License (Recommended)

Responsibilities:
· Actively seek new local accounts & Distributors especially in UAE
· Ability to scale up business in a short time, demonstrate strong customer closing ability
· Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with distributors to ensure a seamless and effective distribution network.
· Developing customers in individual assign areas, prepare monthly sales targets and achieving the goals set
· Develop and implement strategies to enhance distributor loyalty and engagement, ensuring mutual growth and success.
· Identify and open new sales channels within the HORECA sector, targeting key players and decision-makers.
· Oversee and manage all aspects of distribution relationships, including contract negotiations, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
· Coordinate in develop several marketing materials and presentations for all customers
· Should be able to suggest ideas for improvement of materials used for prospecting of new clients and customers
· Analyze distributor performance using key metrics and performance indicators to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
· Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings to senior management, offering actionable insights and recommendations.
· Should be well organized in updating and maintaining of customer master data and relevant sales reports
· Develop strategic partnerships with new distribution channels, negotiating terms and agreements.
· Should have knowledge of appropriate follow-up techniques both with existing and new customers.
· Should be able to coordinate with relevant departments for information on all order shipments and delivery and to communicate the details of delivery to relevant customers
