Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our construction industry and help us expand our client base and project portfolio.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in business development within the UAE construction industry.
  • Strong network of contacts and relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and government agencies in the UAE.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the UAE construction market, trends, and regulatory environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to secure new business and achieve growth targets.

Experience:

  • Construction Industry: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Business Developments: 5 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Development: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to identify and secure new clients and projects within the UAE construction industry.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, and government entities.
  • Business Opportunity Identification: Actively pursue new business opportunities through tenders, partnerships, and collaborations, contributing to the company’s growth and success.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging client needs.
  • Proposals & Presentations: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations tailored to meet client expectations and align with company objectives.
  • Contract Negotiations: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and securing new projects.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other internal teams to ensure business development strategies align with operational capabilities.
  • Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings, promoting our brand and capabilities.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular updates and detailed reports on sales activities, business development progress, and forecasts to the management team.
