Description:

As a Business Development Manager (Corporate Stores) in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple corporate store locations with a primary focus on financial performance, data-driven decision-making, and process optimization. Your role will be to develop and implement processes that drive operational efficiency, enhance profitability, and streamline workflows. By leveraging financial analysis and key performance data, you will ensure that stores consistently meet revenue, cost control, and growth targets. You will also identify and execute business development opportunities, ensuring long-term scalability and success.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Operations Management, Hospitality or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in financial management, data analysis, and operations within the QSR or retail industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data-driven approaches to improve financial and operational performance.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, P&L analysis, and budget forecasting.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) and QSR management software
  • Excellent process optimization and project management skills, with a focus on setting up scalable systems.
  • Ability to develop and monitor KPIs and financial performance metrics across multiple stores.
  • Demonstrated experience in business development and strategic planning within a fast-paced, high-volume service environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing and training teams on financial and operational processes.
