Business Development Manager - Fit out

We are Hiring Business Development Manager for a Fit-out that will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, preparing sales proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role requires working closely with the team and providing excellent customer service to meet and exceed sales targets. To understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of a company, and to provide sales support.
Identifying and winning major fit-out projects, developing intimate knowledge of key accounts and responding quickly and effectively to tender.
Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including requests for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions.
At least 2 -5 years’ experience with a strong understanding of the UAE market with proven success in a competitive sales environment.
Demonstrate proven UAE experience in project sales and business development within interior design, joinery, or furniture supply organizations.
Exhibit a strong background in cold and warm calling, industry networking, and referral marketing, with experience in high-revenue client acquisition roles in the UAE.
Showcase a track record of achieving sales targets.
Possess a valid UAE driving license is a MUST
