Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We’re seeking a Business Development Manager (for Apprenticeships) to play a pivotal role in driving business growth, building lasting client relationships, and helping employers unlock the full potential of their apprenticeship levy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this exciting and varied role, you will:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients to achieve apprenticeship start targets.
  • Promote and sell a full suite of Itec services, expanding our employer base and maximising levy utilisation.
  • Identify, engage, and win new clients while reigniting relationships with former accounts.
  • Plan and deliver strategic business development initiatives aligned with organisational goals.
  • Represent Itec at events, forums, and networks, enhancing our brand and reach.
  • Work closely with our dedicated mentors to ensure successful learner outcomes.
  • Manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce and generate leads to fuel growth.
