Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base and strengthen relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local business landscape, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate leads and close deals. UAE experience is must.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of company setup procedures and business regulations in Dubai.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Candidates with UAE Driving License is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in need of company setup, payroll, and business consultancy services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Stay updated on market trends, competition, and client needs to refine service offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Attend networking events, conferences, and meetings to promote the company’s services.
- Prepare reports and presentations on sales performance and market insights.
