Job Title: Mobile Network Manager
Location: Remotely based accessible to the Midlands
Hours: The basic contractual hours will be Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with an unpaid lunch break of half an hour.

PERSON SPECIFICATION (QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE)

  • Highly motivated and creative with a proven track record in sales within the commercial vehicle contract hire sector.
  • A substantial knowledge of the commercial vehicle industry, in particular Contract Hire & Rental.
  • Proven technical knowledge gained through experience or qualification.
  • Demonstrates a positive ‘can-do’ attitude with clear thought processes and excellent priority setting.
  • Demonstrates a winning mentality, with strong customer focus and creativity.
  • Sound commercial awareness and negotiation skills to close opportunities.
  • Able to prioritise and manage numerous projects and workload etc.
  • High level interpersonal & communication skills.
  • A self starter with the ability and passion to work effectively with minimal supervision while delivering sales targets.
  • Can present and communicate confidently in all situations.
  • Proficient in all MS applications.
  • Current clean driving licence.

Responsibilities:

ROLE

Responsible for uncovering, nurturing and winning new vehicle contact hire business across a geographical area. Targeting multi sited customer fleets across a range of sectors of between 50>175 vehicles for the provision of commercial vehicle full-service contract hire, you will open doors, have meaningful conversations and build relationships that are based on truly understanding the customer’s needs, winning business by building a true value proposition.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Adhere to all statutory requirements regarding fire, health, safety and hygiene.
  • Carry out any reasonable instruction as directed by a Manager [or Director].
  • Always Deal with all internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Always maintain a high level of dress and appearance adhering to PPE where the role requires.
  • Attend any training sessions as requested and adhere to all company regulations.
  • From time to time, you may be required to carry out duties outside the normal sphere of work as may be reasonably requested by Management.
  • Efficient planning and management of the territory.

JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Develop and implement a sales plan to generate new customers, through cold calling, face to face, email and other channels to create new business sales opportunities and appointments.
  • Research and network to identify the key prospects within your region, proactively self-generating leads which convert into opportunities.
  • Visiting prospects/customers to promote vehicle contract hire fleet and service solutions.
  • Work with internal functions and marketing to promote, create and deliver a true value proposition in line with the customers’ needs.
  • Develop innovative solutions to differentiate Fraikin and add value to new customers.
  • Create sales proposals, presenting quotations and technical drawings against customer requirements.
  • Deliver fleet volume, total revenue and contract value targets.
  • Continuously monitor competitor strengths / weaknesses to exploit available opportunities.
  • Develop product knowledge and remain up to date on technological advances, legislation developments and how these can have a positive impact on both revenue and profits.
  • Ensure CRM database is always maintained to reflect current status of pipeline, activities, contacts, fleet numbers and competitor details. · Promote the services of Fraikin’s other core business functions, truck rental, fleet management, raising inter-department leads and increasing customer growth and profitability.
  • Work with the customer service teams to resolve customer query to 100% satisfaction and ensure the timely customer payment. · Working closely with the customer service team and internal functions to deliver added value product growth.
  • Develop and build long standing commercial customer partnerships and relationships, working closely with the customer service team and internal functions to deliver added value products and secure additional business growth.
