Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

The Client Account Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to engage and build relationships with end-users of our CCTV, VMS, Storage and security products. You will be working directly with end users businesses, institutions, and organizations to understand their security needs and recommend tailored solutions from our extensive product portfolio. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, business acumen, and strong sales skills to close deals and drive the adoption of security technologies.

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the IT or security industry.
  • Experience working with end-users directly, particularly in selling CCTV systems, VMS, or other security-related technologies.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Strong understanding of CCTV systems, Video Management Software (VMS), and integrated security solutions.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical decision-makers.
  • Previous experience conducting product demos and training is an advantage.
  • Sales & Negotiation Skills:
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through effective sales strategies and deal-closing skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with a focus on consultative selling.
  • Ability to develop tailored solutions that address specific end-user needs.
  • Industry Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of the security industry, including current trends, regulations, and customer challenges.
  • Familiarity with different vertical markets, such as retail, education, healthcare, and government.
  • Communication & Relationship Building:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Education:
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Self-Motivated & Results-Driven:
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach to sales.
  • Travel:
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, site assessments, and industry events as required.

Responsibilities:

  • End User Engagement:
  • Proactively reach out to end-users across various industries (e.g., retail, education, healthcare, government, etc.) to understand their security needs and recommend solutions that best align with their objectives.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and execute business development strategies aimed at increasing market share for our CCTV, VMS, and security product offerings. Identify new business opportunities and establish long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

  • Solution Selling:

Provide end users with expert guidance on security system design, product selection, and integration. Demonstrate the value proposition of our products, ensuring that clients are equipped with the right solutions for their specific requirements.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting the features, benefits, and capabilities of our security systems. Educate end-users on system operation, maintenance, and upgrades.Provide ongoing consultation to end-users regarding the optimization and expansion of their security infrastructure. Assist clients with technical assessments, site surveys, and system recommendations.Work closely with internal teams (sales, technical support, product management) and external partners to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer satisfaction.Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the CCTV, VMS, and security market. Identify opportunities for new product offerings and customer needs.Generate and qualify leads, manage opportunities through the sales funnel, and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular updates on progress.Gather customer feedback on product performance and use that information to influence product offerings, sales strategies, and customer service improvements.
