Responsibilities:
- Spearhead special projects within the space of Distributor Management, Sari-Sari Store Operations, and MSME Acquisition from ideation to implementation.
- Engage with Product, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and other Sales Clusters to identify synergies and opportunities for cross-functional engagements in the Distributive Trade and SME space.
- Engage cross-functional stakeholders to consolidate and analyze issues and opportunities in Distributor Management and MSME acquisition operations and governance; derive and implement action plans and operational workflows to resolve them.
- Develop, launch, and implement new policies and operational workflows - in collaboration with cross-functional teams like Product, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Governance Teams
- Establish standardized policies and practices for Distributor Management and MSME Acquisition and ensure that these are cascaded and implemented among regional teams.
- Act as an escalation point of contact and manage internal communications related to Sari-Sari Store and MSME Governance
- Support the Head of B2C sales in preparation of upper management reports and key presentations; support the development of long-term strategies and business planning activities for Distributive Trade
