- To grow and strengthen Greenline’s brand in the market by developing key relationships.
- To identify, validate, qualify, and hand over opportunities that align with Greenline’s target projects.
- To nurture strategic accounts, clients, and industry contacts to generate new opportunities and influence deals.
DESCRIPTION:
What you’re responsible for
- Generating and qualifying new business opportunities.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, planners, and industry influencers.
- Researching and connecting with potential clients to uncover off-market opportunities.
- Meeting with new and existing clients, both virtually and in-person, to introduce Greenline and explore potential projects.
- Strategising with the team on key opportunities and deals when required.
- Networking with architects, consultants, and other key industry contacts.
- Attending and hosting Greenline and industry events to strengthen our presence in the market.
- Ensuring all interactions, meetings, and lead details are accurately recorded in HubSpot.
- Providing market feedback and insights to help shape our marketing and sales strategies.

- Number of contacts and appointments made.
- New opportunities generated.
- Activity on opportunities.
- Number of qualified opportunities handed over.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:
Who you are
- A natural relationship-builder who enjoys meeting people and creating new opportunities.
- A strategic thinker who can identify and develop high-potential opportunities.
- Comfortable on the phone and presenting in person.
- Self-driven, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Experienced in sales, business development, or account management (construction or related industry experience preferred).
- Skilled in influencing, negotiating, and networking.
- Well-organised, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfortable with regular travel across Queensland.
- Holds a current Australian Driver’s Licence.
