JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree or above, major in engineering, life sciences, or business-related disciplines.
- At least 5 years of experience in life science sales, specifically managing distributors and engaging with end customers.
- Proven track record of managing and developing distributor networks in the life sciences sector.
- Strong experience in generating new business and expanding market share.
- Ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with distributors and clients.
- Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and driving sales performance.
- Strong personality with the ability to influence and lead teams in a complex organization.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
SKILLS AND ATTITUDES:
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to use quantitative and qualitative information to identify and evaluate hypotheses and reach conclusions independently, to solve problems.
- Skill in teamwork and in an organizational context.
- Ability to deal with tasks and projects of different complexity at the same time.
- Result-oriented, work experience in B2B and B2C environments.
- Autonomy and entrepreneurship.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £35,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
