Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We’re seeking an entrepreneurial and innovative Business Development Manager who can play a pivotal role in driving growth across Hamilton Locke.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Working with the Head of Business Development to execute business development plans and strategy.
  • Market research and analysis to identify trends, prospects and opportunities.
  • Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders and teams to execute business development activities.
  • Facilitating lead generation and managing BD pipeline with partners, as well as supporting on approaches to client engagement.
  • Proactively managing pitches, proposals and capability statements.
  • Project management, including collaborating with internal business units to implement projects and plans.
  • Updating and managing specific business development tools and resources, including documentation and templates.
  • Systems management, updates and reporting (including Dynamics 365 CRM)
