Responsibilities:

  • We’re looking for someone who is driven by, and ideally has a track record of delivering new business opportunities
  • Prior experience working in or selling software solutions to the Home and Disability Care sector or EMR-related industries.
  • Strong understanding of industry challenges, regulations, and best practices.
  • The ability to execute our targeted sales strategy to drive market growth and expand Civica’s footprint in these industries.
  • You’ll effectively communicate ideas and strategies, and show case your compelling presentation skills
  • You know how to effectively manage a sales pipeline, forecasting, and tracking opportunities within CRM systems (we use Salesforce). You’re analytical by nature, you monitor and track your pipeline, and pivot when needed
  • You’ll have proven experience in bid preparation and are proficiency in bid preparation, support, and submission processes
  • You stay up-to-date with industry trends, sales techniques and innovation in technology
