Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Melbourne, Eastern Suburbs and remote
Salary: $80,000+ % equity in the business
We are currently looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to join NDIS provider business and lead their expansion initiatives.
We are especially interested in finding a driven individual who is at the beginning of their career, as this position offers ample opportunities for professional development. For the suitable candidate, we provide a base salary as well as the potential to earn a share of the business equity.
Position Overview: As a Business Development Manager you will be instrumental in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand footprint in the healthcare industry. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies that align with growth objectives, forge strong relationships with key stakeholders, and drive revenue growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or relevant field is a plus.
  • Experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated success in generating and closing new business opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including industry trends, regulations, and challenges.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive results.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to target new healthcare clients, markets, and opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the healthcare sector.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare providers, decision-makers, and industry influencers to generate leads and secure new business.
  • Sales Execution: Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve revenue goals.
