JOB SUMMARY
MajeStay is looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our property portfolio. This individual will be the main point of contact for property owners and real estate stakeholders, showcasing MajeStay’s unique guaranteed rent model and building long-term partnerships.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, ideally within the real estate or hospitality sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and acquisition targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with Dubai’s property market and short-term rental trends is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & NetworkingIdentify potential property owners and investors through market research, networking events, and real estate channels. Build a strong pipeline of leads in prime Dubai locations.
- Sales Presentations & Contract NegotiationsPresent the MajeStay guaranteed rent model to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of risk-free short-term rentals. Negotiate and finalize contracts in line with company goals.
- Collaboration with OnboardingOnce deals are closed, coordinate with the Interior Designer / Onboarding Specialist to ensure a smooth transition from contract signing to property setup.
- Market AnalysisStay informed on Dubai real estate trends, competitor offerings, and upcoming developments. Provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.
- Relationship ManagementMaintain ongoing relationships with existing property owners, offering updates on property performance and exploring opportunities for expansion or referrals.
- Reporting & KPIsTrack leads, conversions, and revenue growth using CRM tools. Provide regular updates and forecasts to senior management.
