Location: Onsite - Dubai

Experience Required: Minimum 6 to 8 years with UAE experience
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive company growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, marketing, and strategic planning, with a strong ability to close deals and expand the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
· Develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans to achieve company goals.
· Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive strategies.
· Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals to drive revenue growth.
· Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to align business objectives.
· Prepare and present proposals, sales reports, and business plans to senior management.
· Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to expand business connections.
· Monitor sales performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
· Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
· Ability to develop and implement growth strategies.
· Excellent market research and analytical skills.
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Preferably female candidates

· Strong network of industry contacts.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
