Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Understand IBM Software strategy, value proposition, programs and rebates.
  • Primary focal point for day-to-day activity and operations for CGI Plan (Common Gateway Interface) .
  • Responsible for build, track and the overall execution of the CGI Program.
  • Conducting and executing effective internal and external business planning workshops, within the Resellers or Partners.
  • Responsible for the mission to recruit, enable, activate, and grow the reseller community in accordance CGI plan expectations and goals.
  • Build and track the partner plan and Rally plan.
  • Drive sales out of agreed vendor portfolio including new vendor identification and on-boarding and other business development initiatives in order to optimize results
  • Leading the execution of the business activities with their Resellers.
  • Building and developing new markets strategies in order to improving IBM Software sales.
  • Plan and execute demand generation activities with their Partners.
  • Responsible for working together with the IBM team in Mexico.
  • Responsible for working together with the local TDSynnex VDM team (IBM) in Mexico.
  • Enable and help the sales teams to win and grow share of wallet and market share
  • Successful negotiation and winning of key tenders and large deals.
  • Responsible for increasing both customer loyalty and profitability
