Description:

Do you want to be part of a fast-growing tech company at the forefront of innovation and R&D? Are you looking to have a positive impact and do meaningful work? Are you eager to learn, take on responsibilities and travel, while having fun with cool colleagues from all over the world?
Join I-care Group, a global leader in industrial machine health. Our AI and data-driven solutions predict industrial failures months or even years before they occur. As a result, industries around the world are more productive, safer, and more sustainable.
We are 750 motivated and enthusiastic engineers, data scientists and managers working in 25 offices in 15 different countries, from Belgium to the USA, France and Australia. Together, we monitor more than 300,000 industrial machines of more than 2,000 customers in over 55 countries. And this is just the beginning: the predictive maintenance market is estimated to be worth more than 30 billion euros by 2033!
We have the ambition to become the world’s number one in machine health and we want to attract the best! We recently raised €50 million and are growing fast: we will open 12 new offices in 2023 (e.g. Austria, Norway, Ireland) and hire 1,000 people by 2025.
