Responsibilities:
ABOUT THIS ROLE:
The Business Development Manager position in our organisation is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building relationships with clients and partners, and developing strategies to achieve company revenue and sales objectives. You are expected to play a critical role in expanding the company’s market presence, creation of opportunities, establish long-term relationship with customers, developing product market strategies and ensuring its long-term success.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, WE WILL NEED YOU TO HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of proven consultative sales and market development experience (financial services & software preferred)
- Ability to work with different levels of management and establish liaison confidently with client senior management.
- Proven experience building excellent client relationships, offering value-added, insightful, and strategic vision into their business preferably in the banking, insurance and fintech sector.
- Experience in managing and preparing for commercial bids.
- Knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process from prospecting to closure.
- Good verbal and written communication skills; English and Bahasa Malaysia (Additional advantage if able to communicate in Mandarin).
- An additional background in IT, Banking and Financial Services is an advantage.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
