WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Three years’ + experience in sales/business development
  • Possess a creative flair balanced with an analytical mind
  • The ability to identify opportunities to increase revenue
  • Excellent project management skills
  • The ability to work independently and have a proactive approach
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills in English
  • A strong drive for results and a track record of achievement
Responsibilities
  • Total account management to ensure existing clientele are maintained and grown
  • Continuously work to acquire new business to strengthen our present market share positioning
  • Be an ambassador for our luxury brand experience
  • Proactively manage key relationships with GM, Revenue and Sales team, and other IHG hotels to ensure alignment across the regionSupports Director of Sales & Marketing in creating segment action plans and sales target
