QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous sales experience to either Architects and Interior Designers, public space specialists, retail groups, Education and Councils essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, educate, and guide customers.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships.
  • Passion for architecture and design with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously while also being a team player.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our NSW sales team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to expand our presence in the public space, retail, education, and design specification sectors within the NSW territory. The successful candidate will work closely with direct customers such as councils and retail groups, as well as Architects and designers to specify our products on commercial projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Architects, councils, retail groups, and other stakeholders to promote and specify Baresque products on commercial projects.
  • Provide guidance and education to customers on a range of standard and customized solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams including sales support, production, logistics, and finance to achieve common goals.
  • Ensure accurate pipeline management of projects and customer opportunities.
