Business Development Manager

We are looking for individuals with the following experience
Domain: IT Solutions and Services, HR augmentation
Industry Verticals: Real Estate, Banking and/or Hospitality
Market: UAE

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Familiarity with IT, Data Analytics, and Technology is required.
2. 4-5 years experience in business development/sales in IT/Technology and/or HR outsourcing augmentation
3. Experience in the UAE market is a must, especially in Real Estate and/or Banking sectors.
4. Well versed in lead-to-cash, RFx Management, Collection processes
5. Proven track record of meeting sales targets with main industry players in the market

1. Maintain and Expand existing business, develop sales pipeline, achieve revenue targets through Key Accounts
2. Identify and capture opportunities, ensure strong follow up and achieve a high contract conversion rate.
3. Nurture and Expand client relationships, aligning their needs with IQ Data solutions in Data Analytics, Digital Transformation, and IT services.
4. Collaborate, organize, and communicate with all internal and external stakeholders to set and meet revenue targets
5. Able to effectively communicate and present business/solution proposals demonstrating our value proposition.
