Description:

Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We’re seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our CSD Products team. You’ll lead the development and market entry of innovative issuance products, working closely with our CSDs in Copenhagen, Oslo, Porto, and Milan, and be based in our office in Amsterdam.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and refine the value proposition, pricing, and market incentives for our Issuance products in the local market.
  • Client Onboarding: Identify and onboard Issuers, transitioning them to Euronext Securities.
  • Collaboration: Align with Product Managers on pricing, product bundling, and value propositions. Support the Sales team with market intelligence and ensure smooth customer onboarding with Business Operations.
  • Competitive Analysis: Assess competitor products and identify gaps for new opportunities.
  • Performance Management: Develop key performance indicators to support business growth.

Your Profile:

  • Experience: Strong background in Equity Capital Markets, preferably in the local banking sector.
  • Skills: Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented with strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of capital markets and the legal aspects of equity issuances.
  • Independence: Capable of managing multiple projects with strong research and analytical skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Language: Fluent in English.
