We are a technology services company specializing in asset value recovery, data destruction, and e-waste recycling. With established domestic and international channels for IT equipment resale, we help businesses maximize the value of their retired technology assets while promoting sustainable practices.
This role focuses on building client relationships, coordinating logistics, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, while spearheading new business opportunities and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
Proactively source new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and outreach.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive consistent sales growth.
Develop and present tailored solutions for clients, e-waste, IT asset disposal, and hardware decommissioning needs.
Prepare and present proposals, securing new business contracts.
Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new revenue opportunities.
Logistics & Project Coordination:
Coordinate and manage logistics for on-site hardware disposal, e-waste collection, and data destruction projects.
Collaborate with clients to schedule and oversee job execution to ensure smooth operations.
Manage end-to-end project delivery, including the recycling, resale, and reporting of IT assets.
Client Account Management:
Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
Provide detailed reporting on project outcomes, certifications, and environmental benefits.
Proactively address client inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently.
Administrative & Operational Support:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and document preparation.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project timelines, and logistical operations.
Support the scheduling and coordination of jobs with internal teams.

A strong sales-driven mindset with a passion for customer relationship management.
Proven experience in business development, sales, and client-facing roles.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate logistics and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
Persistence and a good attitude are vital.
Hunter mentality is essential.
Ideal Experience & Qualifications:
2+ years of sales and/or business development experience, preferably in IT services, technology, or e-waste sectors.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Experience in logistics coordination and project management.
