JOB DESCRIPTION: SALES SPECIALIST - IT SOLUTIONS

Position: Sales Specialist - IT Solutions
Location: Dubai, UAE

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist with an in-depth understanding of IT hardware, wireless solutions, ELV systems, and home automation. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in CCTV, IP telephony, AV automation, and project-based sales. You will be responsible for driving sales, developing new business relationships, and managing large-scale projects in the IT and AV sectors. A solid technical understanding of IT hardware, ELV, and smart systems is required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales of IT hardware, wireless solutions, CCTV, AV systems, and ELV solutions.
  • Proven track record of sales success with OEMs and managing large-scale projects.
  • Hands-on experience with AV automation, wireless networks, and home automation systems.
  • Strong technical knowledge in IT hardware, networking, and smart systems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per mont

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Execution: Drive sales of CCTV, wireless solutions, home automation, AV automation, and IP telephony systems to businesses and residential clients.
  • OEM and Project Sales: Manage relationships with OEMs, distributors, and system integrators to execute and close projects in the ELV, IT, and AV sectors.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Provide technical consultation and product recommendations, ensuring the solutions meet client specifications.
  • Project Management: Coordinate the end-to-end process for system installations and integration, from initial client meetings to post-sales support.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth and repeat sales.
