About the Role:
In this unique role, you will be responsible for developing the Southern European region, selling to new logos to support our growth ambition in the region. You’ll be comfortable with outbound activities and selling to C-level executives. The successful candidate will be a resourceful, motivated individual with a high level of curiosity, passion to learn and the courage to try, fail and win.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand ICIS’s market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Fluency in Italian is essential; proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Experience in the chemical or energy industry is a plus.
