Description:
Shift Pattern/ Working Hours: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00
The role: The main responsibility is to drive business growth by promoting and selling Bergen UK and Kammac’s range of services. This involves developing and executing strategies to generate leads, conducting market research to identify new opportunities, implementing effective sales processes, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction. Contributing to overall Kammac and Bergen UK’s sales achievement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to promote and sell the company’s services, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Generate leads through proactive outreach efforts and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
- Implement effective sales processes and techniques to increase productivity and maximise sales conversions.
- Utilise cost calculation methods to tailor customer rates and proposals effectively, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Operations and Customer Service, to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and achievement of sales targets.
- Generate and distribute specific reports as required to track sales performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Analyse market data and sales metrics to identify opportunities for growth and enhancement.
