    We are looking for a Business Development Manager.

EXPERIENCE & INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in business development, ideally within the iGaming sector.
  • Strong understanding of the iGaming market, including products like online casinos, sports betting, and game providers.
  • Familiarity with regulatory environments and jurisdictions in major markets like Europe, Asia, or North America.
  • Knowledge of key industry trends, competitors, and product offerings.

SALES & NEGOTIATION SKILLS:

  • Proven track record in generating leads, closing deals, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-making skills, particularly in structuring partnerships and contracts.
  • CRM system proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales pipelines and reporting.
  • Ability to develop sales strategies for different markets and product lines.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients, partners, and new business opportunities.
  • Sales & Deal Closure: Negotiate, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Partnership Development: Build and manage partnerships with game providers, operators, and platform vendors.
  • Market Expansion: Develop strategies to enter new markets and expand product reach.
  • Reporting & Strategy: Provide sales performance reports and contribute to business strategy.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and tech teams to meet client needs.
  • Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Contract Management: Oversee contract negotiation and execution.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and additional revenue streams.
