REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably in branded merchandise, corporate gifts, or related industries
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and sales analytics tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business development plan to drive revenue and market expansion.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client segments.
  • Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and profitability metrics.
  • Analyze sales performance data and prepare reports for senior management.
