REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably in branded merchandise, corporate gifts, or related industries
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and sales analytics tools.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business development plan to drive revenue and market expansion.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client segments.
- Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and profitability metrics.
- Analyze sales performance data and prepare reports for senior management.
