Description:

As the Business Development Manager you will find and develop new business opportunities for Kingspan Aerobord, while also strengthening existing customer relationships to grow sales, through the promotion of Kingspan, its products and its services.
You will be accountable for maximizing our sales potential, developing and implementing sales plans, ensuring awareness of current markets and delivering new business opportunities.
This position is 39 hours per week, and based at our Aerobord Ltd site in Askeaton, Co.Limerick.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the management and development of the Packaging Sales Development Team.
  • Initiate, develop and manage sales activities to support business objectives.
  • Strengthen, promote and retain long standing customer relationships by ensuring quality and service are delivered at a premium level at all times.
  • Responsible for the identification of potential customers, new niche markets and product applications/development nationwide.
  • Responsible for customer communication to maximise business relationships and ensure maximum favourable exposure of the company, its products and services.
  • Accountable for maximising conversion to order as a result of proactive response to customer contact, enquiries, and requests for quotations.
  • Maintain awareness of sales trends due to seasonal or market changes ensuring product availability.
  • Responsible for feeding-back marketing information concerning competition, customers etc.
  • Responsible for providing to customers professional technical advice and support to develop sales volume and customer satisfaction.
  • Accountable for the formulation of sales input to the annual business plans/strategy in order to protect its strong market position and develop new markets.
