REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of logistics services, supply chain operations, and market dynamics in the UAE.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and achieve revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the logistics sector, focusing on expanding the client base in the UAE and the broader region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored logistics solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure contracts and agreements.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
