- PhD and/or MBA or equivalent experience in a Science role
- Business or science/technology degree or equivalent
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
- fluency in Englis
Responsibilities:
The Business Development Director role is designed to complement the Sales Director role by focusing on long-term growth, strategic partnerships, and market expansion, whereas the Sales Director focuses on revenue generation, customer interactions, and sales team development. The two roles will work closely together to ensure that business development strategies align with sales tactics, and both will contribute to the overall success and revenue growth of the company.
