Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE IN A TEAM:

Flexible and Hands-On:

  • Ready to assist in setting up the product in France and support sales, customer service, and claims-related build-ups.

Organize and Implement:

  • Steer and execute key activities for the successful launch of the pet vertical in France.

Assist Management:

  • Support the Country Manager in overseeing all operations within the French market, ensuring profit, revenue, cash, and quality targets are met.

Develop Teams:

  • Aid in the management and development of local teams in various roles such as sales, customer service, and claims management.
  • Work in close collaboration with the Ops & Sales teams at the headquarter.

Customer-Facing Activities:

  • Engage directly with customers to support sales and provide excellent customer service.

Market Analysis:

  • Continuously analyze the market and adapt business strategies to meet customer and market needs.

Liaison Role:

  • Act as an intermediary between central core services, business entities, and local market and customer requirements for the pet vertical.

External Stakeholder Management:

  • Engage with key stakeholders within Zurich Germany & Group.

Leadership and Connectivity:

  • Support the Country Manager by connecting teams and processes and displaying leadership qualities.

Bilingual Skills:

  • Fluent in French and English.

Customer Facing Roles:

  • First experience in customer facing roles, ie. Sales & Customer Service
